Back in the Moose Test Kitchen, I embarked on a journey of trial and error, meticulously crafting recipe after recipe in pursuit of the perfect balance between heat and flavor. After over a year of experimentation (perhaps I was guilty of overthinking), and subjecting my family, friends, coworkers, and the bravely curious taste testers to countless trials, recipe #4 emerged triumphant. Thus, Moose Joose was born.
